Premier Construction Services (PCS) is a family run business established in 1996.
We provide a personal full project management service to clients who are developing their homes and properties across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
From new builds to renovations and large extensions, we take great pride in our reputation for quality, customer service and satisfaction.
Our professionalism and experience will ensure your project runs as seamlessly as possible.
What to expect
From the moment we’re appointed, we’ll take the lead on the build and delivery of the project. Working alongside architects, building control and contractors we manage and liaise with all parties.
A dedicated full-time Site Agent working onsite to manage, supervise and co-ordinate all sub- contractors and suppliers.
The Site Agent to provide and maintain a quality control to ensure the build is on schedule.
A project timeline that co-ordinates and schedules the process to completion.
